Deed Restrictions & Protective Covenants

The original Lake Forest Deed Restrictions and Protective Covenants were written in 1993, and then revised in 2001 just before the developer handed over control of the Association to the residents.  

In 2015 the LFLOA board undertook a project to consolidate the original deed restrictions and protective covenants with the amendments.  This consolidated edition has no substantive changes from the originals and the amendments; it is merely a re-working so that a single document has the most up-to-date version.

The 2015 Consolidated Deed Restrictions and Protective Covenants of Lake Forest Subdivision are available in PDF format at this link or (for a fee) from Washtenaw County.
