Lake Forest Approved  Paint Palette

At its February 2024 meeting, the board approved an expanded paint palette that includes all previously approved colors plus many new ones.

Building on the original paint colors used in Lake Forest, the board approved a refreshed paint color palette with 50 color options in 2019. All color options from the 2019 palette are included in the  2024 version.

Our professional color consultant recommended the new color selections to offer more contemporary color choices to homeowners while remaining consistent with our deed restrictions and protective covenants. Using our approved colors, our consultant also created siding and trim combinations to complement the brick colors in Lake Forest.

The brick color of the home drives the colors in these recommended combinations.  The sections below are keyed off brick color.  Each entry has both the color code and the color name, which are links to the Sherwin-Williams website.  Of course, if you prefer to use another paint brand (say, Benjamin Moore), that's no problem.  Paint stores match colors from other brands all of the time.

Our intention is to update this palette over time to keep Lake Forest looking great!
